How to Troubleshoot QuickBooks passwords
Passwords may be rejected due to any of the following reasons:
- All the Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Accessibility Settings are usually incorrect or missing.
- The control panel is opened and select Accessibility Options,ensure that none of the boxes on any of the tabs are checked.
- Blank Spaces are part of the password.
- Can a space be recorded inadvertently once you have created or entered the password?
- The keyboard may not be functioning correctly.
- Input the password in a text editor program like Notepad to ensure that the keyboard works properly.
- An incorrect login screen will appear.
- A login screen that asks you to enter a password but not a user name is always the administrator’s login screen. In case the administrator’s login screen appears, first close QuickBooks, and then reopen it.
You cannot access QuickBooks if you have forgotten the password or it is unaccepted.
You can proceed with your QuickBooks account.
