Step by step process to sign up for direct deposit:
Go to the Employees menu, choose My Payroll Services, and select Activate Direct Deposit.
Complete and review the form again . You will be asked for zip code in the legal company information, input the 5 digits only without the extension.
Go to the bottom of the page, select the View agreement link and read it.
Choose the I have read and agree to the terms of the service agreement checkbox.
Select the Sign-up button.
Get the Direct Deposit Getting Started Guideprinted.
Click the Return to QuickBooks button at the bottom.
Complete and follow the Direct Deposit Getting Started Guide.
