Step 1:

Insert the Payroll Update CD.
 

Step 2:

Go to the Get Payroll Updates window.
 

Step 3:

ForQuickBooks Pro and PremierGo to Employees > Get Payroll Updates.
 

Step 4:

In the Install Payroll Update window, respond to the prompts in case you are prompted to locate the update.dat orupdate3.dat file.
 

Step 5:

Select Browse.
 

Step 6:

In the Install From window, select the CD drive from the Look in drop-down arrow.
 

Step 7:

Choose either update3.dat or update.dat from the Payroll Update Disk, select Open.
 

Step 8:

Go to the Payroll Update window, select OK.
