In case you receive an error message that the phone number and email are not matching then send a Zero payroll in order to connect to the payroll services. To do this, follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1:

Select Employees > Send Payroll Data.
 

Step 2:

Certify that there are 0 paychecks for $0.00 in the Items so as to Send section and choose Send.
 

Step 3:

Input your Payroll PIN.
 

Step 4:

Halt for the message to prompt that “your payroll session was successful”
 

Step 5:

Exit the screen and try to allow Direct Deposit again.
