Following list describes the Standard view elements –
This is visible to users in list view drop-down
This is where you have the choice of creating a personal view only accessible to you or else where you have the option to create public view accessible to all users having access to the list/library.
Here, you configure columns that you want to be included in your view besides deciding the order of the column display
Sort Order :-
This can either be in ascending format (A to Z) or simply descending (Z to A).
A maximum of 10 filter rules can be added for a single view
Tabular view :-
You can fully specify if checkboxes need to be enabled on the view.
Group By :-
SharePoint allows grouping of two columns with similar items together. While first column acts as parent item, the second acts as its child.
In case of numerical columns, displaying total values for all items can prove beneficial.
Based on your presentation requirements, it’s possible for you to select a specific style for your view.
These organize items or documents in a list or library.
