How to Change a Site’s Name and Logo in SharePoint 2013

In SharePoint 2013, you can easily find the logo and title of a particular site as well as its description at the page’s top. These three elements – the site title, description and its logo can be changed quite easily.

In order to change the title and logo of a SharePoint 2013 site, proceed as follows –

Step 1 :

Go to Site Settings

Step 2 :

Under “Look and Feel“, click “Title, Description and Logo

Step 3 :

Enter the “Title” and “Description” in the boxes provided. In our case, we entered “Corporate Intranet” as the Title.

Step 4 :

Choose  the option using which you want to upload the Logo.

  • Click “From Computer” to insert logo from your personal computer
  • Click “From SharePoint” to insert logo from images available in your SharePoint

Finally, click OK to save changes
 

Step 6 :

Your SharePoint site’s new title will be displayed now.
