Learning to Handle Full Access Permissions for Exchange 2002 and 2003 Mailboxes

Perform the given below procedure to grant access to Exchange 2000 or an Exchange 2003 mailbox:
After hiding all screenshots, you must possess the appropriate Exchange administrative permissions to grant access.
Step 1 :
Begin Active Directory Users and Computers.
Step 2 :
Ensure that the Advanced Features check box is selected, on the View menu.
Step 3 :
Right-click on the user whose mailbox you wish to give permissions to and then Select Properties.
Step 4 :
Click on the Mailbox Rights On the Exchange Advanced tab.
Step 5 :
Now, select Advanced button.
Step 6 :
Now, Click on Add button.
Step 7 :
Enter the object name as administrator as depicted in the given screen and then click on Check Names button.
Step 8:
Now, select the object name as Administrator as shown in the screen below and then click on OK button.
Step 9 :
Select all checkboxes in Allow column as depicted in the following screen and then press OK button.
Step 10:
After performing above steps click on Apply section and then press OK button, as shown in Screen shots.
Step 11 :
After following above steps click on Apply section again and then press OK button.
Step 12 :
After doing above steps, click on Apply and then press on OK button, as shown in the screen.
