How to View your Billing Activity and Update Your Lacerte Billing Information

To access billing activity from within My Account:
1. Firstly, Sign into My Account through intuit’s official website.
2. From Account Management, Under Account Overview, select Account Information option and then click on Billing Activity option .
3. From the drop down menu, select Time Period option .
4. Click on the Transaction hyperlink to view all Details of selected record.
• Payment details will provide you complete information on Auto Renewal charges, refunds and usage charges.
• You can print a receipt or save as a PDF document.
• Payment history is limited to 1 year.
• Payment history does not reflect information for Turbo Tax and Quicken.
Update Your Lacerte Billing Information
To update your billing information:
1. Firstly, Sign-in to My Account through intuit’s official website.
2. Select Under Account Management and Orders & Billing.
3. Select Payment Methods.
4. Click on Update option next to the Payment Type.
5. Update your billing information.
6. An email is sent to confirm account changes that have been made.
7. Please note that changes to your billing information may take up to 4 hours to proceed.
If you are associated with more than one account, change the account being viewed by clicking on the dropdown under the Now Viewing Information for Customer Account present at the top left of the page.
